IMPORTANT: Complaint handling

Complaints are officially registered with VESTEDA in this way, and the Board of the Residents' Association uses these official complaints as input for regular discussions with VESTEDA. While the building manager is the right person to address fellow residents, they are not responsible for registering complaints; you, as a tenant, must do that yourself!

Settlement of service contributions 2023 for tenants. The Association is currently in discussions with Vesteda about the settlement of the service contributions for the year 2023. The expenses have been carefully examined in consultation with a former board member (expertise) and provided with comments. Vesteda has once again been asked to provide a clear explanation of the distribution of caretaker hours, costs and when the current distribution was determined. Response is still awaited.

The municipality has reported that the indoor waste containers will be replaced by underground waste containers. The proposed draft decision containing the container locations has been published on www.overheid.nl. All residents have been informed about this by means of a letter and draft decision. The Board of the Residents Association has lodged an objection on behalf of the residents. It is difficult to estimate that this objection will be honored. Experts think no. in-building waste containers worden vervangen door ondergrondse afvalcontainers.  Het voorgenomen ontwerpbesluit met daarin de container locaties op www.overheid.nl is gepubliceerd. Alle bewoners zijn hierover middels een brief en ontwerpbesluit geïnformeerd.  Het Bestuur van de Bewonersvereniging heeft namens de bewoners bezwaar aangetekend. Het Bezwaar is niet gehonoreerd door de Gemeente. Dit geldt overigens voor alle ingediende bezwaren.
